We’ve been there…unhealthy, out of shape, and making excuses for why we were overweight and unhealthy. We have used every excuse in the book from "not enough time" to "I'm too sick", anything to make us feel better about our unhealthy lifestyle and what we had become.

Dan works a high stress job with irregular hours and no set schedule. In 1998 Cammie was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and has been in a wheelchair the majority of the time since her diagnosis.
We thought we had the market cornered on excuses.
